I wonder who invented the telescope?

Galileo Galilei

A while ago in 1564 on the 15th of February a legend was born called Galileo Galilei.
He was known as an Italian Polymath.
He studied at the University of Pisa from 1581-1585
He died on the 8th of January 1642 for a fever and a heart palpitations
He was knowing for finding Europa, Ganymede, Callisto, Rings Of Saturn, Io
He has 10 quotes and one of his quotes are "You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself"
Galileo is most famous for Kinematics, Analytical dynamics, Heliocentric, and the Telescope.
Galileo argued with the church that the Earth was not in the center and that the planets did not evolve around the Earth and that the Sun was the center and all the planets spun around the Sun.

What have I done in English this term?

This term we read the novel Abomination. We had to remember it and write an essay about it.

We also made our own static images and a commentary to go with it.

Reflection Drama Performance

For the past 4 weeks in Drama, we have been learning scripts and filming our scripts.

My Characters name was Ralph and he was an insurance person that worked at the front desk and he was helpful, worried and caring.

 I think in my performance the main thing I did well as that I stayed in character and didn't laugh.

I found trying not to be so nervous was a bit difficult because I don't really like being on camera in front of people that often.

I think next time I would try to be more like my character and act a bit more instead of being so nervous.

Stanislaskis method helped me learn more about who my character was when not knowing much about him.
